Mrs R. It was a pleasant and awesome family staycay and wish that we booked 2 nights instead. Enjoyed the dining in for halal food option which a plus. Nevertheless, we will come back in the near future for another family staycay. We have a bad experience staying in the hotel. Services was bad and the furnishings and fixing was old and the room have very strong cigarette smell.
This is the first hotel I ever stay whereby balcony locked was open really surprise us. The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was a large spread and nice too!

Our room overlooks the swimming pools and MBS and the view is awesome during both day and night. Housekeeping service was very prompt, my stuff arrived within 15mins. Unfortunately, the furniture looks dated and there isnt any bathtub. I had requested for a late check out but was unfortunately turned down flatly, not even offered a 30mins extension. I had booked the last slot at I ordered porridge which tasted meh, and when i decided to order another item, i wasnt able to as the kitchen was closed.
The kitchen closure time should have been indicated in the booking slots so that diners know. As i was checking out, i saw some guests who freshly landed and checking in to the rooms on my floor.
Whilst they might be VTL guests, but there is still a risk they could test positive, which i feel that the hotel should separate them from staycation guests. Mrs V. Hubby and I totally enjoyed our staycation cum break-from-work in the spacious and comfortable room. The view was good too. We have a lunch at pm so we went to leave our luggage at hotel and they allow us to check in immediate probably it was a weekday and hotel is not full.
They provide us late check out as well. The room was pretty decent and view is great too. Aircon was abit unexpectedly not cool enough but still acceptable. Very conveniently located. The air conditioning needs improvement. Even after 2 hrs after reducing the temp to 20 with high fan, the room didn't cool down. Need to get the technical guys to rectify. Beside that Nice view of the old charms of Sg compare to Marina Bay view.
Every thing about this one-night stay is very satisfactory. From check in to check out, courtersy of the staff, location, dinning choices, room comfort etc. One minor point is that instead of 4 firm pillows, should have 2 firm and 2 soft - we happened to prefer the soft ones.
Otherwise, it was a perfect stay. Booked klook package with massage and dining credit. It is a activities-filled stay. Dinner at prego, night drink at skai, breakfast included, 1 hr massage. We got our room at 2pm. Room is big at 45 m2, with double double is comfortable for family. Sadly missed the swimming pool due to heavy rain.
